ACT’s members began life rather grandly as “Subscribers to the Actors’ Orphanage Fund” in 1896. It may seem strange in 2021 for a grant-making trust to have members, but we value you, and we rely on you to form our committee and help publicise ACT’s support. We welcome anyone over 18. Many actor-parents it’s the best way to stay in touch and be part of the community of actors with children.
Life Membership is normally £250 but is on special offer at £125 to mark ACT’s 125th birthday. You can also mark this one-off payment for Gift Aid.

Annual Membership is a subscription of £10 payable every year. When you pay £10 or more on the Donate form you’ll see a tick-box for Annual Membership.
Many of ACT’s members are parents whose children have been funded by ACT in the past. This is important to ACT as a relevant community of actor-parents: we encourage former beneficiaries to consider joining our committee.
